16 HOURS — EARN 75%
Earn 75% of the sale price of your items. Shop each presale before 12-hour volunteers + receive 5 guest passes to share with friends or family.
12 HOURS — EARN 70%
Earn 70% of the sale price of your items. Shop each presale before 8-hour volunteers + receive 4 guest passes.
8 HOURS — EARN 65%
Earn 65% of the sale price of your items. Shop each presale before 4-hour volunteers + receive 3 guest passes.
4 HOURS — EARN 60%
Earn 60% of the sale price of your items. Shop each presale before 2-hour volunteers + receive 2 guest passes.
2 HOURS — EARLY SHOPPING ACCESS
Shop each presale 30 minutes before regular consignors + bring 1 guest. This is also a great way to learn how the sale works behind the scenes.
BONUS PERKS: MONDAY SET-UP & SUNDAY SORT SHIFTS
Volunteer during our Monday set-up shift and/or our Sunday sort shift and your hours count double toward your volunteer total. You’ll also get another opportunity to shop after the sale ends and receive 75% of the price of donated items that sell during this special shopping period.
Monday set-up is an important shift as we have a limited amount of time to get equipment unloaded and set up before drop off begins. Sunday sort is an even more important shift. We have a short window to organize unsold merchandise before consignor pick-up, so extra hands make a huge difference.

Sign up for volunteer hours through your consignor account. Choose Menu → Work Shifts to see available opportunities. Shifts are generally available in 2-, 3- or 4-hour blocks, with select bonus shifts counting for additional hours.
A quick note about volunteer commitments: If you sign up for a shift, we’re counting on you! Volunteers who do not show for a scheduled shift will receive 50% of their item sales for that sale.
*Please note, duties include standing for long periods, repetitive movements, pushing and pulling racks, and lifting/loading during certain set-up and tear-down shifts. Please be sure you can participate fully and physically before signing up for any shifts.
